TRASH enters the US

If you are familiar with this blog - you may have seen for sure Taiwanese band TRASH here! Since the beginning of this platform, Im able to feature the members on Discomfort Wings. The Taipei-based formation enters now American ground!

Back story

TRASH is formed by Marz23, Lin Zhi-Rong (Vocal/Guitar), Euan Lin (Lead Guitar), Kuei-Gang (Drums) and Teng Wen Po (Bass). Their rebellious, misanthropic, and Nirvana influenced grunge music style has created its unique image. In the past 15 years, TRASH has been nominated for the Golden Melody Awards’ Best Band twice, and has been a regular performer at major music festivals in Taiwan, as well as overseas festivals such as SXSW, Incheon Pentaport Rock Festival, Music Matters, Big Mountain Music Festival...etc.

TRASH has a strong and loyal fan base in Taiwan, Singapore, USA, Malaysia and Hong Kong. The latest hit song “Love” has received 36M views on Youtube since 2021. 2024 December, TRASH reached the milestone of hosting a 10,000 person concert at Taipei Arena, followed by performances in Singapore and Malaysia.
